This is our dog, Sparkle just after she arrived at our house. She's a handful in more ways than one. She's a Maltese, about four months old in this photo, and weighs approx. 3 lbs. Lovely temperament, intelligent, and its special talent at the moment is sucking earthworms out of the ground. Well, we always wanted a bird dog! Does this mean she's the Maltese Falcon?

She's a year old now, and here she is after a bath. She now weighs 8 lbs. She doesn't look too happy in this photo.
